The YVWA serves as an industry resource and provides references for wine education, winemaking practices, viticulture establishment, maintenance and management, business practices and consultative services. The alliance functions as the liaison between the Federal, state, and local governments and disseminates information on the development and progress of an American viticulture area.
Meet Our Board of Directors
The Yucaipa valley wine alliance is a non-profit corporation recognized under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, and was established to serve as a mechanism for raising awareness and support in developing the Yucaipa Valley into a viable wine industry. In so doing, the alliance promotes the benefits of a sustainable grape growing region, promotes vineyard and winery practices that are sensitive to the environment, and implements winemaking programs that are economically feasible and responsive to the needs of the Yucaipa Valley.
